Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging CONSULTEC.AI for consulting or development services.

1. Services

CONSULTEC.AI provides custom AI consulting, development, and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.

2. Engagement Process

All engagements begin with a free discovery call. Following this, we provide a written proposal outlining scope, approach, and estimated hours. Work begins only after written acceptance.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Hourly Work: Billed at agreed-upon hourly rates, invoiced weekly or bi-weekly
  • Fixed-Price Projects: Payment milestones defined in the SOW
  • Payment Terms: Net 15 days unless otherwise agreed

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

You don't pay until the work is complete and you're satisfied. If deliverables don't meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will revise them at no additional charge.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks, but grant you a perpetual license to use them.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, you pay for all work completed through the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
